For local orders within Singapore:
• Below 250g - S$1.50
• Above 250, below 500g - S$3.00
• Above 500g, below 1kg - S$4.50
• Above 1kg, below 2kg - S$5.50
• Above 2kg - via Speedpost.

For registered mail, additional S$2.50.

For International orders:
Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates plus handling fees. Please refer to

Self-collection meet up point:
• Bukit Gombak MRT
• Other areas have to pre-arrange with transport charges

Ex-stock items will be mailed out within 1 - 2 working days upon receipt of payment.

Refunds and Returns

We take great care to check and pack our merchandises in good order before delivery, hence, goods delivered are non-refundable nor returnable.

In unforeseen cases where goods are damaged due to mishandling by post or courier service, kindly email a picture of the damage merchandise (breakable items) in its original wrapping to us within 24 hrs. For unbreakable items, you may return any UNUSED, UNOPENED merchandise in its original condition within 5 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange (excluding postage and handling fee).

Damage claims are not accepted without original packing material.

We will send a replacement if we have stock otherwise we will refund the amount paid for the damaged merchandise.

Customers are responsible for the postage and handling charges for all returns/replacements of defective or damaged items.

Non-Returnable Policy: All sales on acrylic, gels, nippers, pushers, tattoo, anklets, toe rings, body jewelry and skin care are final. These items are not returnable due to sanitization and hygienic purposes.
